Delta Powerboats
Delta Powerboats was founded by a team of experienced Swedish yachtsmen and boat builders. Delta’s philosophy is based on a strong tradition of Scandinavian yacht design. Their journey began in the Swedish archipelago on a limited number of piloted boats built for fast, comfortable and efficient island hopping. Today, the product range has expanded from agile day cruisers to versatile hardtop cabin cruisers and luxury-class performance yachts. Delta’s key features are high build quality along with outstanding fuel efficiency and hydrodynamic performance, with powerful and user-friendly design concepts.
In 2007, they introduced the Sidewalk concept with the Delta 29 SW. They facilitated safe passages between the stern and bow of the boat by providing increased interior space with an asymmetrical deck arrangement. In 2010, they challenged the motoryacht industry with the launch of the Delta 54, the world’s first mass-produced speedboat made of carbon fiber, achieving up to a 40 percent reduction in fuel consumption and emissions in their Carbon series. The pioneering 54 IPS and the flagship 88 Carbon have been named winners in the MB&Y Motorboat of the Year Awards.
The search for innovative solutions, new materials and technologies allows them to constantly improve the product range and make boats even more comfortable, safe and efficient. This is made possible thanks to 140 dedicated engineers and craftsmen working at the Delta factory on the island of Saaremaa. To date, a total of 600 Delta boats have been built and delivered to owners around the world.
To provide its customers with the most memorable yachting experience, Delta develops a customer relationship with its customers. They have an ongoing dialogue from sea trials to final delivery, and as a prospective Delta owner, they are happy to suggest improvements and adaptations for your new boat or visit the factory while your boat is being built. All boats are made to order, created together with the customer, making each Delta boat unique and designed for the pride and pleasure of the owner.
